Love to shop here's the place.
Professional employees that work hard in a timely manner. Not only did they fix my problem tire, they checked all my tires. Mahalo guys.
Ample parking and clean grounds area. Mall is well maintained and modern.
Great location. Needs a variety of shops. Usually there's a Farmers market on Tues, wed, Fri.
Good Job PICS INVENTORY on the Jeans Warehouse & Jeans Warehouse JRs. Keep up the good work.. Support LOCAL buy LOCAL. Next Stop ZIPPYS!
It is the quintessential dead American mall. Nothing but empty places for rent. Most stores you’d hope for have shuttered. The ones that are left are shabby.Do not go here. Most interesting part is that it’s completely open air. Though each store is cooled separately.
I deal with Territorial Savings. The people are really friendly. For me being a widower I am not sure how to do certain bank things(Yes,I am a man). They will always take the time to explain it to me. Which I truly appreciate. Thank you.
Small mall with the usual shops. Champs, Hot Topic, Pacsun, and Payday Loans. Food court is alright, with Mexican food, Korean BBQ and Chinese as it's popular spots. Not much else going on during the week except for Farmers markets in the middle stage on Saturdays.
Nice place filled with very kind people. Everyone we encountered were very delightful. Recommend if your girlfriend or wife wants to go shopping for a couple of hours!
Lots of stores and great food
Its beautiful, it's like a magic place. If u go there every beautiful lady always smile to the point
Worked with the store manager Desiree who assisted me in replacing my damaged iPhone. She was very helpful with selecting a new plan that accommodated my needs. We didn’t know about the updated insurance policy Verizon offers and she explained everything in detail. At no point did she try to up sell me on any items. She was very attentive and made sure our needs were met. I ended up upgrading both phones in our family plan to the new iphone11 pro. Overall one of the best customer service I’ve ever had.
This is an open air mall. Very clean with tons of aloha. The people there are not overbearing with there sales. When they have the fruit sales there it smells like walking through a garden if fresh fruits. There is also a large variety of stores with new ones that are being built in there.
Love the breeze that blows through, almost open air set up, but need more security.
Doing well so far. Keep it up
If you enjoy malls you'll feel comfortable.. Movies, food, cloth, shoes, gifts, and more :) take something home for the family right from here
Not bad of a Mall on Maui. They have upgraded it and enclosed most of it as well. Has all the stores you would need and good choices of restaurants as well.
Great mall for getting together with family and friends. They have lots of cool events in the central area throughout the year.
Kohos Restaurant is open. Food is great and everyone's following social distancing. Very happy that staff is back at work! We love supporting them!
Nice place to shop. But, they need to get more security. The homeless and mental disabled people cause too many problems.
Biggest mall on Maui! By default if not5goes bad at the mall they get the 5 stars..lol it's been super windy so there are leaves all over the mall. But the workers were doing their best to keep the walk ways clear! Good job guys🤙🏽.
There's so much missing from there nowadays. Good for Macy's, and a few small stores but not a ton of variety.
Looking for some shopping while in maui, this is a great place to shop. It has everything you would find stateside and not overly priced with a Hawaiian flare. Staff were all very helpful also.
Several shops I frequent and I love to people watch
Queen Kaahumanu Center is a place to shop and get food. It is centrally located and close to the airport if you are traveling. They also have public bus access in the back of the mall.
I was waiting for the bus with a lot of other people. Myself and another gentlemen we’re charging our phones in the outlets. He left and less than a minute later security comes up and says I need to disconnect. No other info, why, what the policy is. Just ordered me to disconnect while everyone around awkwardly looked at me and the guard confused at the request until the guard wakes away as I comply. I plug back in again minutes later so my doesn’t die on the bus and another guard comes and says I can’t charge here...I asked him why and he said they are only for mall use. I’m sorry but I can’t understand why this policy would be in place but even more so it’s execution. I did not appreciate being singled out and find it absurd in the year 2020 that the mall/bus/security won’t let people charge their phones where everyone waits for the bus. It’s not like I’m plugging it into their personal home outlet or stealing cable. Just silliness, zero aloha :(The mall itself is nice
Great monthly KPOA 93.5 Sponsored Kama'aina Nights, Shopping Variety, Courtyard Local Vendors, Koho's Grill and Bar, plenty parking.
It's on Maui. Maui always gets 5 stars. Loved the open feel and the stores were very good
Wonderful open mall. Every store you could imagine or have seen. Even area for kids to play and a place upstairs for the kids to do crafts and such. They have a place to hold luggage and close to the airport.
This is one of the main malls on Maui. It does have a unique local flair and feel. It's not quite like a metropolitan mall, but does have some elements of it. Plus, we have a Friends of the Library store! And they host a lot of events for locals and families that are fun--like Chinese new year events, pictures, and crafts, santas village, and other attractions. Plus the single best Sprint in the Pacific-- excellent service!
Live music and shopping. Nothing more, nothing less.Movies upstairs but I prefer to go gaming at Maui Mall just down the street.
Great place to find something to eat (cool food court). Lots of shopping opportunities, great parking, easily reachable.
A good place to shop. Farmers Market!!
Disappointed that bath and body was not opened
Nice place better than I thought. Panda Express really good just like home.
Nice outdoor style, two level mall with Sears on one end and Macy's at the other. Very nice selection in the food court. All the Maui Bus lines use this location as its main hub so it is worth checking out while waiting for your next bus to arrive.
Heaps of stores and food court choices. Open air mall. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and not overly crowded.
open air mall. we walked around while it was raining... the mall has a dome cover so the rain doesnt get in but you can hear it from the entrances. so beautiful
It's a mall, I'm a teenager, you know what's up.
It’s a regular mall. Lots of shops, but many better places to browse on the island.
To many empty places The original local flair is mostly gone. Has farmers market in the morning, some boooths are from the local farms. Entertainment sometimes with local groups dancing and music
A great local mall!
For the most part, a pretty cool place. Outdoor and "Airy" very open and lofty feel. Usually good energy. Very cool that local entertainment is on the stage periodically. The childrens performances are so much fun too, the kids enjoy it so much! Very cool. Overall though, I think the mall could use a little more "Pizzaz". A couple more fun stores, another good small eatery. Maui Mall's theatre and Fun Factory are much better than this mall's theatre and Fun Factory too.
T-Mobile staff very friendly, professional.
I love to shop at Blue Ginger. Can always find something to buy!?
It is just an open air mall. However, sun screen at the Hotel was $26.00, same stuff at the Malls was $17.99.
Don't have photos but I love this mall ever since I was a child. It's super dead now like I hope it don't shut down for any reason. I went there to eat lunch. So many shops. Not packed at all.
This is probably one of the best shopping centers located in Wailuku on the island of Maui Farmers Market live Hawaiian music Kula an abundance of places to shop from tools to clothing to food to whatever your needs are definitely worth stopping in and check it out
They seem to have events lined up. We saw some O'ahu kids perform a variety of music. The brass quintet and some-word-in-Italian group with strings were fantastic, playing through rain. Hit up the ice cream place by the book store, and the bus station behind the pharmacy. Wait, do our malls have events too? I don't really go to malls.
Clean and comfortable, and not quite as badly suffering the plight of most mainland malls with a complete exodus of stores. A number of closed stores but many items that are available nowhere else on the island.
